Q: Will tickets or wristbands be sent to us?
A: Paper tickets or wristbands are NOT needed for entry. On arrival your group name and numbers will be marked off as you enter the theatre. To watch a short video of what to do when you arrive CLICK HERE.
Q: How do we add more students/adults to an existing booking?
A: All events still have places available. Please go online and register the places you need as an additional booking. Our system will know that this new booking is part of a group already registered, and on the day everyone is able to choose their own seats and sit together. By making the booking online you can immediately receive an email invoice for the cost of the extra places, or pay by credit card if you prefer.
Q: Where can I get final details for the NYLD now that we have registered?
A: If you have made a registration, then your places are confirmed. If you are wanting a document listing the final details (what to bring, etc.) pleaseCLICK HERE.
