Darius Boyd

Darius Boyd has been a rugby league superstar at every level. He has represented Australia internationally, Queensland in the State of Origin, and won multiple NRL premierships.

A leader on and off the field, he recently captained the Brisbane Broncos from 2017-2019 before retiring in 2020. He is widely admired for speaking about the importance of mental health and wellbeing, sharing openly about the difficulties of his own journey. Much of this wisdom has been shared in his book ‘Battling the Blues’ which he wrote whilst still playing football. He is passionate about educating and inspiring others to be the best they can be, which he will do at the National Young Leaders Day.
