Brant Garvey was born as an above knee amputee. Despite the obvious challenges, he developed a “noXcuses” mindset in which he strived to be an elite athlete from a young age.
Excelling in swimming, running and cycling, Brant quickly made a name as a triathlete. He began a journey of firsts.
Brant was the first Australian Para-triathlete in his category to participate in the Paralympics.
He was the first first above-knee amputee to complete in an Ironman triathlon in Australia. He went on to become the world record holder.
Brant lives to push the boundaries of what is possible, demonstrated by his ever growing list of achievements.
He is dedicated to helping others to develop the tools they need to face their fears, overcome their obstacles and to chase big dreams.
