Brad Sheppard shot to fame in the AFL when he was selected as a top 10 draft pick in 2009. He quickly became one of the best and most courageous medium-sized defenders of his era. Brad was often tasked with matching up against the biggest names in the AFL.
2020 was a huge year for Brad who was selected for the AFL All Australian team, and also awarded the medal for the Eagles Best Clubman. After an impressive 216 games, Brad called time on his career in December 2021 due to the ongoing effects of some heavy head knocks.
